Abstract
The hospital is an integral part of an organization that provides health and social services to the public plenary. The doctor is one of the frontline services to patients. Physician job satisfaction into one of the means towards professionalism. Factors that may affect job satisfaction among physicians medical services compensation, work environment and career path. This study aims to analyze: (1) compensation for medical services, (2) Working Environment, (3) career, (4) the effect of the three variables with the same job satisfaction of doctors in hospitals Arjawinangun Cirebon regency. The research method is a survey method explanation (explanatory survey method) with Likert scale measurement. The research sample all doctors who provide care to patients in hospitals Arjawinangun, with a total sample of 53 people. Primary data obtained from questionnaires charging / questionnaires and the data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 22 software for windows 16. The results showed: (1) compensation for medical services and significant positive effect on job satisfaction physician. Evidenced by the t count> t table or significance of t table or significance of t table or significance of <0.05, sig 0.004. (4) the three variables simultaneously positive and significant impact on job satisfaction physician. From the F test (ANOVA) obtained 0.000 significance (sig <0.005) indicating Ho rejected and Ha accepted. From this research found that every increase in compensation for medical services, workplace and career, influence physician satisfaction crimes separately or together.
