Abstract
Our Social History has paid little attention to the politicization processes developed in the field prior to the Agrarian Reform. This paper addresses a particular process developed in the town of Peñaflor during the 1920s of the last century, where, through the foundation of the Peasant Union and the Rationalist School, the process was carried out in response to three fundamental areas: social, cultural and political.
