Abstract
Strategic planning of information systems and technology needed to prepare the organization in planning the use of technology and information systems to an organization. Where the information system is an important tool to achieve organizational goals effectively, so that every organization should systematically identify information needs and analysis of the vision, mission and objectives promoted by the organization. This thesis discusses the strategic design of information systems in the apartment by using internal and external analysis subsequently drafted proposed strategy using SWOT matriks after the identified needs of the information systems used by the strategic aligment method using the tools sorecard balance and critical succes factors combined with the competitive impact method with value chain tools for designing information systems strategy appropriate and in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization.
